Benridge Care Group is seeking a Chef for Asmall Hall to prepare nutritious, well-balanced meals for residents and events. You will work with the Wellbeing Coordinator to meet dietary needs and uphold high presentation and quality standards.

You will ensure HACCP compliance, hygiene, and waste reduction while maintaining company procedures and providing excellent meals for residents and staff. The role offers steady, full-time hours on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef in a care home or catering environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Working with the Wellbeing Coordinator to provide food for events across the group.
• Providing dietary requirements to meet residents' needs.
• Presentation of food to a high standard.
• Monitoring and maintaining high food standards during production and service.
• Adhering to HACCP procedures and Food Safety Management documentation.
• Maintaining cleaning procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Ensuring quality control and hygiene systems are applied.
• Minimising waste.
