Job summary

Renaissance Care Limited is seeking an Assistant Chef to cover Belrelands & Malin Court bank shifts. You will work with the Head Chef to prepare healthy, nutritious meals tailored to residents’ preferences and dietary needs, while engaging with residents to enhance their dining experience.

You will operate within COSHH and HACCP guidelines to uphold high hygiene standards and infection control. A competitive rate of pay and opportunities for progression are provided as part of our benefits.

Qualifications

• Assist with preparing healthy meals for residents.
• Follow hygiene and infection-control standards.
• Ensure kitchen is kept clean and equipment is checked regularly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and serve food during dining services.
• Maintain stock and report any kitchen faults.
• Support Head Chef in menu planning and dietary requirements.
