Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the recruitment, training, and development of your catering team.
  2. Maintain accurate financial reporting, ensuring timely submission of weekly/monthly trading returns.
  3. Foster strong client and customer relationships, ensuring professionalism and quality service at all times.
  4. Oversee food production standards, ensuring consistency and portion control.
  5. Ensure compliance with health and safety, food safety, and environmental standards.
  6. Manage stock and costs, working within budget to ensure profitability.
  7. Conduct monthly safety audits, implementing corrective actions where needed.
  8. Step into the role of “duty manager” during weekends and holidays as required.
