I am working exclusively with a group of private care homes to recruit for a permanent Regional Employee Relations Specialist – South of England.
Role – permanent
This role is home based and covers the South of England.
Salary is circa £49,000 + £6,000 car allowance or car + 6% work-related bonus.
A driving license and car are essential for this role.
This patch includes Devon, Kent, Oxfordshire, Surrey, Suffolk, and Worcestershire.
You will manage your own diary with an expectation to visit sites 3 days a week.
You will provide advice and guidance on a range of employee relations matters including performance, conduct, engagement, and compliance. Working with the People Business Partner to ensure that change initiatives align with legal frameworks and are implemented following legal requirements and best practices.
Proven experience managing employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, harassment, and bullying claims. Ability to analyze and risk-manage cases to deliver appropriate solutions is essential.
Success in this role requires keen attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of employment law and HR practices.
Staying updated on UK employment legislation, case law, and best practices is crucial.
