Location: Home-based in the Northeast or Yorkshire

Planet Pharma is working with an international medical company specializing in Ostomy, Respiratory, and Surgical therapies. The company has expanded its portfolio through acquisitions and organic growth, offering a range of medical devices across its therapeutic areas.

They operate in over 60 countries with subsidiaries in the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, France, Japan, Germany, Belgium, and Luxembourg. The company invests heavily in Research & Development, focusing on innovation in its core medical fields.

Objective:

Seeking a highly skilled, professional, self-motivated, and commercially-driven Regional Account Manager to join our Respiratory team, focusing on adult critical care, neonatal care, and perioperative devices. You will manage and develop key accounts within North East & Yorkshire, aiming to expand market share, drive revenue, and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.

The ideal candidate will have a solid commercial background, strategic mindset, exceptional sales skills, and a clinical understanding of the medical device sector, especially within respiratory and critical care. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to manage your own budget and be directly responsible for achieving sales targets.

Key Activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and stakeholders within hospitals, healthcare providers, and medical institutions in the region.
  • Drive and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement.
  • Manage your own budget and sales pipeline effectively.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs for growth opportunities.
  • Develop tailored strategies to penetrate key accounts and secure new business, while maintaining existing accounts.
  • Provide expert advice on the Respiratory product portfolio for adult critical care, neonatal, and perioperative use.
