Job summary

Berkeley-Scott is recruiting an experienced Chef Manager to join our agency team for exciting opportunities across schools and catering sites in Canterbury starting in September.

You will manage kitchen operations across sites, lead teams, plan nutritious meals and ensure food hygiene standards, with flexible agency assignments and competitive hourly pay of £18.00-£24.00.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as Chef Manager or in a similar kitchen management role.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Two satisfactory references.
• Enhanced DBS certificate.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous.

What we're looking for:

• Experience working within schools or contract catering is desirable
• Two satisfactory references
• An Enhanced DBS certificate
• The right to work in the UK
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be an advantage, but is not essential
