Job summary

The Berkeley Scott Group is seeking an experienced Chef Manager to join our agency team for exciting opportunities across schools and contract catering in and around Redhill, starting in September. This role offers flexible agency work with hands-on kitchen leadership.

You will manage day-to-day kitchen operations, lead catering teams, and ensure high standards of food hygiene and safety across sites. Applicants should have at least two years in a Chef Manager role, be organised, and possess

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef Manager or in a similar kitchen management role.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Experience in schools or contract catering is desirable.
• Two satisfactory references and an Enhanced DBS certificate.
• Right to work in the UK.

Key responsibilities
