Northbrook College in Brighton and Worthing seeks an enthusiastic Associate Chef Lecturer (Bank) to deliver Professional Cookery Level 1 & 2 across Brighton MET and Northbrook College (Worthing) campuses. The role is flexible/bank-based, designed to fit around your schedule, while inspiring students through hands-on kitchen teaching.

You will bring industry experience to the classroom, helping learners develop practical skills, creativity, and confidence for careers in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and inspiring teaching for Professional Cookery Level 1 & 2, bringing industry knowledge to life.
• Motivate and develop aspiring chefs, helping learners build their technical skills, professionalism, and passion for the trade.

Associate Chef Lecturer (Bank)

Are you a passionate chef looking to inspire the next generation of culinary professionals? We are seeking an enthusiastic and industry-skilled Associate Chef Lecturer to join our Hospitality & Catering team on a flexible bank basis, delivering teaching across our Brighton MET and Northbrook College (Worthing) campuses.

This is an exciting opportunity to bring your professional kitchen experience into the classroom and training kitchens, helping students develop the practical skills, creativity, and confidence needed for successful careers in the hospitality industry.

As our Associate Chef Lecturer you will:
