Job summary

OSJCT Langford View Care Centre in Bicester is seeking an experienced chef to design menus and cook with fresh seasonal ingredients for residents. You’ll have autonomy over menu development and manage a small kitchen team in a modern, welcoming home environment.

You will oversee nutrition, hygiene and safety, balance budgets, and sometimes cater for day centres and community activities on weekends as required. This role emphasizes high-quality dining for our residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional kitchen serving large numbers.
• Knowledge of menu planning for specialist diets.
• Level 3 Diploma in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership or equivalent (preferred).
