BCG is seeking a Chef to lead the kitchen team in our Dundee care home, delivering nutritious, well-balanced meals that residents love. You will manage stock, design menus, and keep costs within budget while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

You will ensure all meals meet dietary requirements and health and safety regulations, supported by a friendly, patient-centred hospitality approach that makes a real difference to residents' daily lives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial kitchen environment is required.
• Catering for special dietary needs in line with budget.
• SVQ/NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 Food Hygiene certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team to prepare nutritious meals for residents.
• Manage stock, design menus, and control the budget.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in line with EHO regulations.
