The Hand & Flowers in Marlow is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our two-Michelin-star kitchen. Working with an experienced team, you’ll help deliver exceptional dishes and maintain the high standards our guests expect.

You’ll be passionate about great food, eager to learn, and capable of staying calm and efficient in a busy kitchen, with a strong eye for detail and pride in your work. The role offers training and career progression within the Tom Kerridge Group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience at a similar level
• A genuine passion for food and a desire to learn and develop
• Good knowledge of kitchen practices, food safety and hygiene
• The ability to work calmly and efficiently in a busy kitchen
• A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
• Good attention to detail and pride in your work

Responsibilities

• Work with experienced chefs to help deliver high standards of food and service.
• Prepare and cook dishes to specification in a busy kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety throughout the kitchen and service periods.
