Introduction

The Chancery Rosewood, opening in Summer 2025 and part of the Rosewood Hotel Group, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will feature 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, along with various dining and entertainment spaces that foster progressive ideas, voices, and expression.

Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to ensure the smooth operation of W1 Social, our Associate Restaurant. The role involves maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service, creating a memorable experience for our associates. You will support and coach the team, fostering a welcoming environment where associates can unwind and enjoy healthy, nutritional offerings. This role is scheduled to start in June 2025.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure all preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes meet the highest standards, supporting and motivating the team to exceed expectations.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to all HACCP standards.
  3. Follow recipes and technical sheets accurately; stay informed about all menu allergens and their contents.
  4. Take ownership of the kitchen operations, providing guidance and support to peers, and fostering a positive, collaborative environment.
  5. Promote sustainable practices and circular hospitality in line with Rosewood Impacts initiatives.
