• 1 year experience in a similar role desired, training provided.
• Knowledge of stock control, allergens, and health standards.
• Good level of English and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prep and cook dishes while maintaining kitchen standards.
• Create specifications for new dishes.

Chef De Partie's, are an essential part of our kitchens! From prepping, to cooking, to creating specs for new dishes, you will be part of a team that keeps our kitchens running smoothly! About you

• 1 years' experience in a similar role is desired, however training will be provided
• Knowledge of kitchen procedures including stock control, allergens and health and safety standards
• Good level of English and communication skills
• Staying calm under pressure as we are busy!
• Last but by no means least, a love of sport definitely helps!
