As the Chef de Partie, your responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and presenting food to high standards within a clean environment. You will deputise for the Sous Chef when needed and collaborate with a team of culinary professionals in a dynamic kitchen environment. Hours will vary based on business needs, including evenings and weekends.
