Chef de Partie - Waterfront Street Kitchen and Bar

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Immerse LDN is dedicated to showcasing world-class immersive experiences and original productions in London's new entertainment district, located at the Royal Docks near ExCeL London. As part of the ongoing expansion, ExCeL London Hospitality has launched a new street food dining venue, the Waterfront Street Kitchen and Bar, offering a modern and casual dining experience by the waterfront.

As the Chef de Partie, your responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and presenting food to high standards within a clean environment. You will deputise for the Sous Chef when needed and collaborate with a team of culinary professionals in a dynamic kitchen environment. Hours will vary based on business needs, including evenings and weekends.

About you
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
  • Creative flair for recipe development
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
