Wadworth's Red Lion in Lacock is seeking a Chef de Partie to own a kitchen section, cook to specification and help develop junior team members. You’ll contribute to consistent high-quality dishes in a busy kitchen, adhering to food safety and presentation standards.

You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and wider team to deliver exceptional hospitality, benefit from staff discounts, training, flexible working, and accommodation options where available.

Competenze

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or line cook in a busy kitchen.
• Passion for fresh food and high culinary standards.
• Willingness to develop skills and mentor others.

• Manage and take responsibility for your section during service.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes to specification and high standards.
• Maintain food quality, consistency and presentation at all times.
• Support and mentor Commis Chefs and Kitchen Assistants.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
• Assist with stock control and waste minimisation.
