Wadworth Farmhouse Inn in the UK is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade. You will own your section, support junior team members and help deliver high-quality dishes, keeping standards high across service.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or line cook in a busy kitchen.
• Passion for fresh food and hospitality.
• Strong organisational skills and time management.

Responsabilités

• Manage and own your section during service.
• Prepare and present dishes to specification and high standards.
• Maintain food quality, consistency and presentation.
• Mentor Commis Chefs and Kitchen Assistants.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
• Assist with stock control and minimising waste.
• Collaborate with Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver service.
• Contribute ideas to improve kitchen operations.
