Job summary

Wadworth's Spread Eagle Inn in Wiltshire is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen. You’ll own your section, support junior team members and help deliver dishes to specification and the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Chef de Partie or line chef preferred.
• Passion for fresh food and hospitality.
• Strong organisational skills and desire to develop culinary expertise.

Responsibilities

• Manage and take responsibility for your section during service.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes to specification and high standards.
• Ensure food quality, consistency and presentation.
• Mentor junior kitchen staff and assistants.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
• Assist with stock control and minimizing waste.
• Collaborate with Head/Sous Chef and wider team to deliver outstanding service.
• Contribute ideas to improve kitchen operations.
