Job summary

Hall & Woodhouse - West Region is seeking a hands-on Chef de Partie for The Sensational Smugglers Inn near Weymouth. You will run a kitchen section, maintain high standards, and contribute to a buzzing service in a traditional pub setting with stunning coastal views.

You’ll receive £14.00 per hour, tips plus meal discounts, and a permanent or seasonal contract. The role offers growth through on-the-job training and a pathway to further chef development.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Chef de Partie leading a section with a focus on consistency and presentation.
• Trained in food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures.
• Able to work to spec with no variations and support the team.

The Sensational Smugglers Inn
Part of the Hall & Woodhouse family of exceptional destination inns and close to the town of Weymouth on the cliff tops of the South West Coast Path, the Smugglers Inn is a traditional English pub with stunning views overlooking the Isle of Portland. We’re growing our kitchen team and looking
for an experienced CDP, Section Chef or Line Chef to jump in and help us keep
