Job summary

Smugglers Inn near Weymouth is recruiting Bar & Waiting staff for the season, with flexible hours and 18+ to serve alcohol unsupervised.

Starting pay £13.11 per hour with a later increase to £13.45 after six months, plus tips and 60% meals off while on duty.

This fixed-term role runs until 31 January 2027 with potential to become permanent, and offers a supportive team in a stunning coastal venue.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar or waiting roles is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

Bar & Waiting - Full or Part Time (18+) + Tips + 60% off meals

Part of the Hall & Woodhouse family of exceptional destination inns and close to the town of Weymouth on the cliff tops of the South West Coast Path, the Smugglers Inn is a traditional English pub with stunning views overlooking the Isle of Portland.
