Job summary

Smugglers Inn in Weymouth is recruiting bar and waiting staff for the season with flexible hours. Roles can be full or part time, and the position offers a 60% meals on duty benefit. The role ends 31/01/27 with potential to go permanent, depending on performance.

You'll join a friendly Front of House team in a scenic pub overlooking the coast, with weekly tips and a supportive work environment. Training and progression are possible for the right candidates.

Bar & Waiting - Full or Part Time (18+) + Tips + 60% off meals

Part of the Hall & Woodhouse family of exceptional destination inns and close to the town of Weymouth on the cliff tops of the South West Coast Path, the Smugglers Inn is a traditional English pub with stunning views overlooking the Isle of Portland. With a beautiful garden for summer, as well as roaring log fires and oak beams inside for the longer and colder winter nights, the Smugglers can be truly enjoyed all year around.
