The Onslow Arms invites an passionate Chef de Partie to join our friendly kitchen team in West Clandon. You will work under the Head Chef, deliver high standards of fresh, seasonal dishes, and help run a busy section with pride and energy.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as Chef de Partie or be a strong Commis Chef seeking progression.
• Passion for producing quality fresh food in a welcoming environment.
• Hands-on, active team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Champion excellent service through quality food.
• Deliver fantastic food every time.
• Work with Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for menus.
• Demonstrate planning and organisational skills to control GP and labour.
• Drive sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
