Responsibilities

• Champion excellent service through quality food.
• Deliver fantastic food consistently.
• Hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor responsibilities.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team.
• Assist Head Chef in designing and delivering new dishes and daily specials.
• Maintain GP and labour controls through careful planning and organisation.
• Drive sales and growth by engaging kitchen and front-of-house teams.
