Job summary

The Cricketers in Sarratt, part of Brunning And Price, seeks an experienced Chef de Partie for part-time hours. Basic pay up to £14.00 per hour plus card tips, overtime, and a supportive team. The role offers great tips, meals on shift, a pension, and staff discounts across pubs in the group.

You'll work across all kitchen sections, assisting the Sous and Head Chef, with opportunities for development and progression within the Brunning And Price family.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering as a chef, line cook or chef de partie.
• Able to work across all kitchen sections with a tenacious attitude.
• Passion for fresh food and high kitchen standards.

Responsibilities

• Work across all areas of the kitchen supporting the Sous Chefs and Head Chef.
• Maintain high food quality and consistency across dishes.
• Assist with food preparation and plating during service.

About You...

You may have experience in catering as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef, section chef or chef de partie in a restaurant, gastro pub or the wider hospitality sector. As our Chef de Partie you'll be working across all areas of the kitchen, supporting our Sous Chefs and Head Chef.
