Job summary

Brunning And Price Pubs Ltd is seeking a Chef de Partie at The Parrot, Forest Green. You’ll work across all kitchen sections, supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef, with a focus on fresh, high-quality food and steady service.

The role offers basic up to £32,000 per year plus tronc, paid overtime, and live-in accommodation where available. Enjoy meals on shift, discounts across the group, pension options, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef or chef de partie in a pub or restaurant.
• Passion for fresh food cookery and supporting the kitchen team.
• Able to work across all areas of the kitchen and assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef.

Responsibilities

About You...

You may have experience in catering as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef, section chef or chef de partie in a restaurant, gastro pub or the wider hospitality sector.
