Peach Pubs is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a section, deliver consistently excellent dishes and contribute to a smooth, fast‑paced service. You’ll thrive in a hands‑on role that rewards accuracy, pride in presentation and teamwork in a welcoming pub setting.

You’ll take ownership of your station, work with fresh ingredients and collaborate with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to deliver great guest experiences. Training and career progression are available within Peach Pubs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fresh‑food kitchen with high standards.
• Ability to take ownership of a section during service.
• A positive, reliable team player who supports others.

Responsabilités

• Taking ownership of your section from prep and mise en place through to service and clean‑down.
• Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to Peach standards.
• Keeping your section organised and stocked for busy service periods.
• Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Guiding and supporting junior chefs and commis where needed.
• Contributing ideas for seasonal specials using fresh ingredients.
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene and stock rotation.
