Job summary

Pasture Birmingham is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a high-energy kitchen at 15 Colmore Row. The role offers a base hourly wage of £12.90 plus an additional £3.80–£4 per hour in Tronc, with 100% of Tronc distributed to the team.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience at CDP or strong demi level in quality kitchens with fresh seasonal produce.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute dishes to a high standard in a fast-paced service.
• Coordinate with your station to maintain precision, speed and consistency.
• Collaborate with the wider kitchen for smooth service across all sections.
• Maintain prep systems and mise en place to stay ahead of demand.
• Contribute ideas to menu development and help bring new dishes to life.
• Follow hygiene, food safety and health & safety procedures (HACCP knowledge a plus).
• Support junior chefs through coaching, teamwork and lead-by-example.
