Heartwood Collection is hiring a Chef de Partie to join our lively kitchen teams across our cosy pubs and brasseries. The role offers a basic rate up to £13.10 per hour plus TRONC, with on target earnings £14.50–£15 including TRONC, reflecting a strong earning potential.

You will need 3–4 years of service experience, be able to work two sections, and follow recipes while delivering fresh, high-quality dishes.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years experience in a service setting with intermediate knife skills
• Experience with classical cooking techniques
