Heartwood Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The role offers a basic hourly rate up to £13.10 plus TRONC, with on-target earnings between £15 and £15.50 including TRONC.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques.
• Passion for delivering great quality and fresh food.
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes.
