Job summary

Aramark UK in Knightsbridge is seeking a committed cook to join the kitchen team. You will work with the Sous Chef to deliver high-quality meals for military dining and events, ensuring brand standards and portion control across all services.

This permanent, full-time role requires a relevant culinary qualification, DBS and security vetting, and a willingness to learn through our e-learning. UK-based eligibility applies and shifts include mornings and evenings.

Qualifications

• A relevant culinary qualification.
• Food safety certification (or willingness to complete via our e-learning).
• Effective communication and a team-first attitude.
• Ability to pass DBS and full security vetting.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Sous Chef to deliver high-quality meals with minimal waste.
• Maintain food levels and brand standards across all services.
• Prepare delicious dishes for military dining and special events.
• Support with kitchen checklists and post-service analysis.
• Follow kitchen procedures and hygiene standards.
• Take part in ongoing training and development.
