Gidleigh Park, part of Brownsword Hotels, is seeking a Chef De Partie to join a passionate kitchen team at our Devon estate. You will work within a Michelin-starred environment, running your own section, turning fresh ingredients into dishes for our guests, and developing your knife skills under senior chefs.

Qualifications

• Experience as a CDP or in a similar kitchen environment.
• Proven ability in preparing fresh dishes.
• Commitment to allergen safety.

Responsabilités

• Work with fresh ingredients to create delicious dishes for guests.
• CDP runs their own section of the kitchen.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior staff (KP’s and Commis).
• Keep the kitchen clean and ensure food safety and hygiene.
• Stay up to date with allergen training and safety procedures.
