Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Run your designated section and ensure mise-en-place is prepared.
• Prepare high-quality ingredients and maintain a clean, compliant workspace.
• Follow recipes and contribute ideas to new menu offerings.
• Support the growth and training of Apprentices and junior team members.
• Uphold health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
