Another Place, The Lake is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our lakeside kitchens, contributing to two thriving outlets under the guidance of our Head Chef. You will bring passion for great food and collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver memorable dining experiences.

We value culinary creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work calmly under pressure across multiple service periods.

Qualifications

• Food hygiene certification or training is required.
• NVQ Level 1/2 (or equivalent) is required.
• Flexible attitude to working hours and shifts.
• Experience in busy kitchens and ability to handle pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive/Head Chef with kitchen operations and supervision.
• Prepare, cook and portion dishes to hotel standards.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen areas.
• Follow supervisor instructions and schedules.
• Support with stock, pass at service times, and daily logs.
