This permanent Chef de Partie position with Berkeley Scott sits within a five-star luxury hotel in Edinburgh, offering a salary of £34,000 per annum plus tronc of roughly £6,000, bringing total earnings to around £40,000. The role follows a four-day working week with three days off, contracted at 48 hours.
