Entier is seeking a talented chef to lead the site kitchen at our high-end, bespoke catering events. Based at our Comrie production site and rotating to Edinburgh, Glasgow and venues across Scotland, you will oversee a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

You should be passionate about seasonal ingredients, capable of managing budgets, and upholding health and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for food, ingredients and seasonality.
• Experience in busy, fast-paced catering environments.
• Ability to lead a site kitchen and manage a team.
• Strong understanding of cost control and budgets.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
