Sofitel Gatwick - Arora Group in Crawley is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team. You will run a busy section, craft dishes to exceptional standards, and play a key role in delivering memorable guest experiences in a 4-star hotel.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 4-star hotel is advantageous.
• Culinary degree or certificate is beneficial.
• Flexible approach to assist in different kitchen areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Chef de parties in our teams create a culinary experience for our guests through an eye for detail and passion for flavours.
• Running a busy section in the kitchen.
• Ability to cook delicious dishes to an extremely high standard.
• Ensure that presentation, taste, texture and quality are always maintained.
• Help impart your knowledge to junior chefs.
