Job summary

Sofitel London Gatwick seeks a Chef de Partie to join a dynamic kitchen team. You will manage a busy section, craft dishes to a high standard, and ensure presentation, taste and quality are consistently excellent.

You will also mentor junior chefs and contribute to a collaborative kitchen environment. Experience in a similar role within a 4-star hotel is advantageous; a culinary arts degree or certificate is a plus.
