Job summary

Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a Chef de Partie for New Hall Hotel & Spa in Sutton Coldfield. You will run a designated section in our kitchen, assist Head and Sous Chefs, and deliver high‑quality dishes with seasonal flair.

The role is full-time, five days out of seven, 45 hours per week, with a starting hourly rate of £15 plus service charge. We value teamwork, creativity and excellence, and offer comprehensive benefits including meals on shift, uniform, onsite parking, and career development

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen, ideally hotel/restaurant
• Ability to manage a kitchen section and collaborate with Head/Sous Chefs
• Strong organisational and attention to detail with a passion for food and development

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a designated kitchen section and deliver high‑quality dishes
• Support junior team members and maintain high food hygiene standards
• Contribute to menu prep for private dining and events and assist during service
