Mint People is seeking a Chef de Partie for a luxury Cheshire hotel. You will take responsibility for a designated kitchen section, ensuring dishes meet 5-star standards in a brand-new kitchen, supporting senior chefs, and upholding top-quality service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality-driven or luxury kitchen environment.
• Strong technical cooking skills and understanding of classic techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Passion for quality ingredients and professional cookery.
• NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of an assigned section during prep and service
• Ensure mise en place is completed efficiently and to specification
• Deliver consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, and portion control
• Support smooth service and assist other sections when required
