Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a Chef de Partie at New Hall Hotel & Spa in Sutton Coldfield. The role is full-time, 45 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, with a starting rate of £15 per hour plus service charge and excellent colleague benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen.
• Experience in a quality hotel or restaurant environment.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail.
• Genuine passion for food, learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Own a designated kitchen section and support delivering an exceptional culinary experience for guests.
• Work closely with Head Chef and Sous Chef to prepare, cook and present dishes to a high standard with seasonal flair.
• Manage your section during service, maintain high standards of hygiene and complete mise en place.
• Support junior team members and monitor stock within your section; assist with menu preparation for private dining and events.
• Help ensure every dish enhances the guest experience.
