Wood Hall Hotel & Spa in Wetherby is seeking a Chef de Partie to take ownership of a designated kitchen section and deliver high-quality, seasonally inspired dishes under the Head and Sous Chefs. You will lead service with focus on hygiene, mise en place, and teamwork.

This full-time role is five days out of seven (40 hours) with paid hourly rate at £15, plus service charge and generous staff benefits, including holiday entitlement, pension and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen.
• Experience in hotel or restaurant environments is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and maintain high culinary standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and mise en place; support the team during service.
