Hall & Woodhouse Ltd in Aldershot (Deepcut area) is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at The Frog. This role offers a 5 days on, 2 days off pattern with an hourly rate of 14.00 and tips, plus live-in accommodation optional.

The Frog is part of the Hall & Woodhouse family with a strong emphasis on supporting its people. You will be responsible for running a section, delivering consistent quality, and working to high standards of food safety and allergen control.

Qualificações

• Experienced in a busy kitchen as CDP/Section Chef or Line Chef.
• Trained in food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures.
• Able to run a section, maintain consistency and presentation.

Responsabilidades

• Run a kitchen section and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
• Assist with daily kitchen operations and service, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Maintain food safety and allergen procedures across shifts.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver great guest experiences.
