Job summary

The Frog, part of Hall & Woodhouse, is seeking a Sous Chef to join a supportive kitchen leadership team and help deliver great food and vibes. You’ll supervise and jump in to run service when needed, with a focus on cooking technique and presentation to central specs.

We offer £14.50 per hour plus tips, 60% off meals on shift, free uniform and kitchen shoes, live‑in accommodation when available, and a clear path to Head Chef with development opportunities including a Level 3 apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Supervisory chef with experience and ability to run service when needed.
• Confident with a range of cooking techniques and equipment.
• Adherence to central specs for cooking and presentation with no variations.
• Strong focus on food safety and allergen rules.
• Motivating team player who supports others' growth.

Responsibilities

• Organise and lead kitchen operations during service.
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation across dishes.
