The Sensational Ship in Weymouth Harbour is recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie, Section Chef or Line Chef to join our busy kitchen. We offer a 5 days on, 2 days off schedule, a competitive hourly rate of £14, tips, and a share of rewards.

Live-in accommodation may be available at £77.70 per week. You'll be supported by a friendly team in a pub with a seaside vibe and a strong focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Experienced in busy kitchen environments.
• Trained in food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures.
• Ability to run a section and maintain consistency and presentation.

• Prepare and cook dishes to spec and maintain quality.
