Qualifications

• Knowledge of techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards; Food Hygiene Level 2 beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee your workstation, contribute to menu dishes and specials.
• Ensure your section is set up, cleaned and prepped to menu standards and allergens.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a harmonious work environment.
• Assist in training junior kitchen staff and share knowledge for growth.
