Hall & Woodhouse Limited's Royal Lion in Lyme Regis is seeking a hands-on Chef de Partie, Section Chef or Line Chef to join a busy, supportive kitchen. The role offers £14.00 per hour, tips, and optional live-in accommodation (£77.70 per week), with a 5 days on, 2 days off pattern.

You will be trained in food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures, with responsibility for running a section and delivering consistent presentation.
