Job summary

Loungers is hiring Chefs to join the kitchen team at Fondo Lounge. We offer up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff food every shift, and 50% off food & drinks from day one. You’ll work on all-day menu, deliver dishes to spec, and help keep the kitchen running smoothly.

You should have experience as a Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen, be a reliable team player, and thrive under pressure. Evening and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume kitchens, delivering quality dishes under pressure.
• Previous roles as Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie.
• Committed team player with reliable attendance.
• Awareness of food safety and allergen handling.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
