Job summary

Loungers is hiring Chefs to join the Ormo Lounge kitchen team. We offer up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff meals, and 50% off food & drinks from day one. You’ll work with the Head Chef to ensure every dish meets spec and standards across prep to plate.

We welcome experienced Chefs, Chef de Partie, Line Chef or Grill Chef, with opportunities for flexible hours, evenings and weekends, and progression through our pathway training courses.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to follow recipes, specs and all food safety processes.
• Comfort with flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec from tapas to all-day lounge breakfasts.
• Support Head Chef with prep, service and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety and allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
