Job summary

Loungers is hiring Chefs to join Novo Lounge’s kitchen team. We offer up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff meals, and a 50% food & drinks discount from day one across all brands.

We’re looking for experienced Chef de Partie, Line Chef or Grill Chef to deliver quality dishes to spec in a high-volume environment. You’ll work with the Head Chef to maintain high standards from prep to plate, follow allergen and food safety processes, and be a reliable team player in a busy, friendly

Qualifications

• Experience as a Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to follow food safety and allergen processes.
• Commitment to delivering quality food to spec.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
