Job summary

Loungers plc is hiring Chefs to join our kitchen team at Picaro Lounge in the Lounges family. We offer up to £12.71/hr plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals on every shift, and 50% off food and drinks from day one.

This is a great next step for an experienced Chef, Chef de Partie or Line Chef. You will cook to spec, support the Head Chef, keep the kitchen running smoothly, and ensure high standards from prep to plate.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
• Able to cook to spec and maintain high standards.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec, from tapas dishes to all-day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety and allergen processes at all times.
• Work as part of a team with FOH to deliver a great guest experience
