Wadworth's The George Inn in Lacock seeks a passionate Chef de Partie to join a historic pub kitchen. You will own your section, mentor juniors, and help deliver high-quality dishes that reflect our heritage and guest-focused hospitality.

Competenze

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, line chef or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and passion for fresh food.
• Ability to work well in a team and uphold high standards.

Mansioni

• Manage and take responsibility for your section during service.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes to specification and high standards.
• Ensure food quality, consistency and presentation at all times.
• Mentor Commis Chefs and Kitchen Assistants to develop skills.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
• Assist with stock control and minimising waste.
• Collaborate with Head, Sous and wider kitchen team for outstanding service.
• Contribute ideas to support kitchen operation success.
